If someone tells you that they have the best weight loss program on the market, do yourself a favor and simply don't listen to them.
Although I believe I've found the best weight loss programs for the "average" person, you need to realize that each individual person is completely different in their needs, wants, desires and capabilities.
I personally had to read hundreds of dollars worth of books before I found what I consider to be the top weight loss programs on the market today (their are 4 of them, just in case you wanted to know).
You see, although I'm still a young guy, when I was in high school I was a bit of a, well, a "chunker" as my friends would call it. I wasn't "fat", but I sure wasn't a fit teenager.
The funny thing is, I played soccer all through high school, lifted weights occasionally, and was a decently active teenager.
What I've learned over the years is that my nutrition wasn't exactly up to par. Although I KNEW about nutrition, I never knew the real secrets to keeping a slim waist and tight muscles.
